Conference 2012 Vendor Page

The Alaska State Firefighters Association (ASFA) and the Alaska Fire Chiefs Association (AFCA) are joining with the Sitka Fire Department to hold the 2012 Joint Conference of the ASFA/AFCA in beautiful “Sitka by the Sea.”  The Conference will be held at the Harrigan Centennial Hall, September 17-22, 2012.

Members of these associations consist of over 1500 Firefighters and Fire Chiefs throughout the State of Alaska (with 250 attending this conference) dedicated to serving the public and educating the citizens about safety.

Vendor display booths will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  There will be approximately 50 booth spaces available at the conference site.  Included in the cost of a vendor table is

1) One complimentary conference registration  

2) One complimentary ticket to each ticketed event

3) Conference name badges

4) Free ¼ page advertising in the conference booklet, provided that a copy ready ad is submitted.

Information will be updated here as it becomes available.  Currently we are hoping that vendors will start showing up on Tuesday, September 18th and will breakdown Friday before noon.  We are planning "Vendor Nights" and hoping to have food and drinks at most of the open display times to keep the attendees interested.
